At Ravella Luxury Silkwear, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your silk garments are not a perfect fit, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your silk items and place them back in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
